- New "Attach File" element in XForm.

- New recipient rule in workflow that allows immidiate actions upon form submission.
- New OIOBroker for naming form fields according to the OIO Naming Conventions.
- New progression indicator as an alternative to the existing toppanel. The progression indicators GUI and some of it's funtions can be determined via a XSLT and are hence customizable to the individual customers needs. The progression indicator can be placed above the form, to the left of the form or anywhere else on the form by using a keyword. In relation to the new progression indicator an Infopanel is also introduced, which can be inserted on a form using a keyword, independant of where the progression indicator is placed. The Infopanel could contain function-buttons/links and information on the user currently logged in.
- Form Language Control and Form Guidance Text Control system. A system that allows text to be administered during design of forms. For example, using a drop down in the XForm editor the user can switch between different languages to verify that texts are probably shown. All texts can be exported/imported as XML. This gives the customer complete power in terms of creating and maintaining the texts on their forms - even without using XForm directly.
Furthermore, guidance/help texts are also created and controlled via this system/module, via popup-links in the forms which, via bookmakers, will lead the user to the relevant section in the generel guidance/help text. |
